MobiMiners Alpha Release
A downloadable game for Windows and Android
The aim of the game in MobiMiners is to explore and locate various minerals which you can gather and then sell at a static landmark. It is a turn-based game in which you compete against 1 - 3 other player(s) to be the first to earn enough coins to purchase the winner’s crown.
The simple core to the game involves you moving around the world on a hexagonal grid and the variety in gameplay comes from the ability to sabotage other players or out-perform them using items you find in the world or special abilities accessed at the expense of unique minerals.

Install instructions
Note: For android devices you may need to enable installation of software from unknown sources in project settings.
Android Installer
- Download MobiMiners Alpha Release V1.1
- Unzip the .7z Archive using preferred extraction software. (WinRAR or 7-Zip)
- Plug android mobile device into your computer via USB.
- Run Install_ProtoHexGrid-armv7.bat and wait for completion.
- Locate App on device and play!
Manual Android APK Installation
- Download MobiMiners Alpha Release V1.1
- Unzip the .7z Archive using preferred extraction software. (WinRAR or 7-Zip)
- Plug android mobile device into your computer via USB.
- Transfer file ProtoHexGrid-armv7.apk to your device.
- Run ProtoHexGrid-armv7.apk and wait for completion.
- Locate App on device and play!
Windows Install
- Download MobiMiners Alpha Windows Release V1.1
- Unzip the .7z Archive using preferred extraction software. (WinRAR or 7-Zip)
- Run ProtoHexGrid.exe to play!
